goingekorv

Göing in Texas I noticed the comment about göingekorv and wonder if somebody has the recipe as I very much long for it. The "korv" culture in Texas leaves a lot to be desired and I want to make it myself. I orginally come from Glimåkra, Göinge where the local butcher Lars Larsson one time introduced the göingekorv.
